Recently renovated cottage which is centrally located to everything the island has to offer. Located just 3 miles from downtown Edgartown, a 30 yard walk to Sengekontacket Pond and 1/4 mile to the bike path. The house has central air conditioning and lightning fast internet access The cottage is located on a 1/4 acre lot just steps from the pond and only a 1/4 walk to the entrance of Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary which is part of the Mass Audubon.
