Recently renovated cottage which is centrally located to everything the island has to offer. Located just 3 miles from downtown Edgartown, a 30 yard walk to Sengekontacket Pond and 1/4 mile to the bike path. The house has central air conditioning and lightning fast internet access The cottage is located on a 1/4 acre lot just steps from the pond and only a 1/4 walk to the entrance of Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary which is part of the Mass Audubon.

Please check the calendar before you ask about early check in. Please be advised that lawn service occurs weekly during the summer usually on Thursdays or sometimes Fridays.
